Our shipping times can vary between 1-3 business days for Cyprus and 4-10 days outside Cyprus It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and from which location you order.
Shipping process
On average, we need between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to the sorting facility of our carrier. Some items may take longer, especially on holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that have stock availability issues.
Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (not even at the address). We only deliver to the address you provided at check-out.
For orders with several items, it may happen that the products are shipped separately and arrive on different dates, because the locations of the production partners differ.
